License & Usage Policy

1. License Summary

When you purchase or download a design (including through a subscription), you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable lifetime license to use the design for creating physical or digital end products.

You ARE allowed to:

• Create unlimited Physical End Products
  (e.g., embroidered apparel, accessories, home décor, gifts).
• Create unlimited Digital End Products
  (as long as files are flattened and elements cannot be extracted).
• Sell products on Print-on-Demand (POD) platforms
  such as Etsy, Printify, Redbubble, etc.
• Use fonts to digitize names, words, quotes, and sell the resulting physical or digital items.
• Convert templates to other formats for your client,
  as long as the converted file cannot be extracted into the original source elements.
• Continue selling items created during an active subscription,
  even after the subscription ends.

2. What You Are NOT Allowed to Do

You may NOT:

• Resell, sub-license, share, upload, or redistribute any original digital file,
  including modified or reformatted versions.
• Convert individual letters/numbers of fonts into new formats
  (e.g., SVG, embroidery formats) and sell them as standalone files.
• Upload or embed our designs onto third-party platforms or servers,
  e.g., online editors, design generators, or template builders.
• Convert templates into other editable templates and sell them as new products.
• Create NEW designs after your subscription ends
  using the downloaded files.
  (Only “craft files” may be used indefinitely to create new designs.)

3. Physical End Products

Physical End Products include anything printed, embroidered, or transferred onto a tangible item
(e.g., apparel, mugs, bags, pillows, home décor).

✔ You ARE allowed to:

• Download a design and apply it to a physical product (with or without modification), then sell that product.
• Sell unlimited quantities of physical products.
• Sell products worldwide with no time limit.
• Create physical giveaways, promotional items, or gifts.
• Continue selling physical products after your subscription ends
  as long as the product was created during your active subscription.

✘ You are NOT allowed to:

• Provide the original digital design file along with the physical product.
• Create new physical products after your subscription ends,
  unless the design was created during your active subscription.

4. Digital End Products

A Digital End Product is a flattened, non-extractable digital file created for sale to multiple customers
(e.g., digital invitations, posters, printable artwork, templates).

Note:
Custom client work such as logos, websites, or one-off projects are not considered Digital End Products and are fully allowed.

✔ You ARE allowed to:

• Use design elements to create a new, original composition.
• Combine multiple resources with your own artwork to create new designs.
• Sell digital products as long as the final file is flattened and users cannot extract source elements.

✘ You are NOT allowed to:

• Create end products that directly compete with the original item
  (e.g., bundling our designs into a new design pack).
• Make minimal modifications (e.g., color or size changes only) and resell a slightly altered design.
• Sell digital products that include single extractable elements from our designs.

5. Subscription Rules

If you access files through a subscription:

✔ Allowed:

• Download and use files commercially during the subscription period.
• Continue selling products (digital or physical) created during your active subscription.

✘ Not allowed:

• Download or use designs after you cancel your subscription.
• Create new products using previously downloaded files after cancellation.

6. Commercial Use: Small Business vs. Large-Scale Production

This license covers:

• Small businesses
• Individual creators
• Designers and studios
• Craft sellers
• POD sellers
• Etsy shops
• Local boutiques
• Market vendors

❗ Large-scale commercial production

(e.g., mass manufacturing, factory-level volume, corporate procurement)
requires a separate extended commercial license.
