Because all of our products are digital embroidery designs, our refund and return policy differs from that of physical goods.

1. Digital Product Policy

All items sold on LaceCraze.com are digital downloads (for example: embroidery design files, digital patterns, and PDF instructions).
Once your purchase is completed and the files are delivered to you (by email or instant download), the sale is final and non-refundable.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for digital items.
Please make sure to review product descriptions, formats, and compatibility requirements carefully before placing your order.

2. Exceptions & Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted only in the following rare cases:

  • The digital files are corrupted or unusable, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.

  • You accidentally purchased the same item more than once (duplicate order).

  • You received a different product than what you purchased due to a system error.

In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase at support@lacecraze.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
If your request meets our criteria, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

3. Technical Issues

If you experience any technical problems downloading or using your files, please reach out to us — we’re happy to help!
We can resend files, help troubleshoot file formats, or provide alternative download links when needed.

4. Misuse or Unauthorized Sharing

Our digital embroidery designs are protected by copyright.
Purchasing a design gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use it according to our Licensing Policy.
We do not offer refunds for orders that have been downloaded or shared, or in cases of misuse of the files.

5. EU Customers – Digital Content Regulations

If you are purchasing from within the European Union, by completing your order and downloading the files, you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection laws.
This is because the product (digital content) is delivered instantly and cannot be returned once accessed.
